Itinerary
To carry out this activity we will meet at the start time at the Bigfoot Base Camp, located on the northeast coast of Grey Lake. We will begin with a brief introductory talk, in which our guide will explain the route and the times of the activity, and then give us the complete equipment (ice axe, crampons, harness and helmet). Once equipped, we will sail for 15 minutes in a Zodiac boat until we reach Nunatak Island, located on the west arm of the Grey Glacier. Once there, we will start a 1-hour walk to reach the glacier from a safe point. Then, we will start the long-awaited journey. We will walk for 2 hours and a half through the glacier, observing a unique landscape, with cracks, rivers, lagoons and even tunnels of different shades of white and blue. Once the hike is over, we will return by Zodiac boat to Bigfoot Base Camp.
*To carry out this activity from Puerto Natales it is necessary to synchronize several factors and organize logistics. Ask us about this possibility!

Starting place
The starting point of the hike on the Grey Glacier is on the shores of Lake Grey. Our base of operations is located on the beach next to the lake. You can arrive at this place doing the "Paine Circuit" or the famous "W" trekking. You can also do it by taking the Grey Navigation that will leave you a few meters from our meeting point. It is important to fit the sailing schedules with the beginning of the walk.
