Overview
07:00 (8:00 between May and August) is the presentation time at our office, a place where the check-in takes place and each passenger is indicated his seat number on the boat. Then we are transferred by land to the dock located 6 km away from Puerto Natales, from where we started sailing towards the Bernardo O'Higgins National Park through the Señoret Canal while enjoying a delicious coffee, accompanied by a snack. During the crossing, we can observe Mount Balmaceda, where the glaciers we are visiting are located.
On our way, while we are sailing towards our destination, we will visit the cliffs and Condores waterfalls. The trip resumes at Mount Balmaceda, 2,035 meters in height, where we will be able to appreciate the glacier of the same name. Then we will disembark in Puerto Toro to begin a walk guided by one of our own, on the banks of the Tempano Lagoon, through a native deciduous forest of coigües, ñirres, and ciruelillos, towards the Serrano glacier. Here we will take in and appreciate the vegetation and the contrast between the sky and the sea ice, accompanied by the imposing Serrano glacier.
On the way back from the walk, we will embark once again, and enjoy a well-deserved appetizer with glacial ice. After witnessing a unique landscape, that is wild and virgin, we return to enjoy a savory roasted lamb, in the Magellan style, at the Estancia Perales. There is a vegetarian alternative, which must be requested at the moment of reservation.
Our services end at approximately 17:00 hrs.
